Hyderabad, April 22, 2007

A day after the arrest of Hyderabad businessman Gampa Rajendra Kumar in Delhi in connection with the sensational human trafficking case, the Delhi police seized some documents from his house on Sunday. A special team of the Delhi police Crime Branch, searched his house in Begambazar and some documents including papers relating to bank transactions were seized.

Kumar's father Vasudeva Rao told to the media that his son was living in Delhi for the past six years and he was not aware of what type of business he was doing there. Kumar's wife reportedly unwell told the police that she was not aware of her husband's business but he used to come to Hyderabad once in a fortnight. She said that he used to run a wedding card shop in Secunderabad.
