Ambica and Postal Department signs MoU

Vijayawada, April 18, 2007

Post Offices are all set to become outlets for Ambica Darbar Bathi products. Ambica is leading South Indian brand for incense sticks and perfumed products. The Postal Department intends to earn commission selling Ambica range of products through its post offices. This products will be sold post offices in six districts of Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam, Nellore, Khammam and West Godavari that come in the postal region in the first phase and spread to other post offices in due course.

Special training programs will be held to the Postal Staff on marketing of the products. The Postal Department is banking on commission based selling of products. Only recently did the Department had signed a tie-up with TVS Financial Services as a franchise.
