Hyderabad, September 8, 2006Proving its excellent in sporting facilities once again, Hyderabad was picked as the venue for the Asian Hopman Cup. The tournament is considered to be the official mixed team championship by the International Tennis Federation. The tennis matches will be held from November 22 - 26, 2006 at the SAAP Tennis Complex.
Giving the details of the tennis matches, SAAP VC and MD G Kamala Vardhana Rao said that the Asian Tennis Federation has invited six best teams by the order of their rankings. The teams are China, Japan, Chinese Taipei, Thailand and Uzbekistan.
