Hyderabad, September 6, 2006

Prajay Engineers Syndicate has announced an impressive growth during the first quarter of the year 2006-07. The operational income has increased to Rs. 371.64 crores. On the other hand, the Earnings Per Share (EPS) was up from Rs. 4.95 to Rs. 7.11 per share. The company has recommended a dividend of 20% i.e Rs. 2 per share for the year 2005-06.

Prajay is strong in Residential, Commerical and Hospitality ventures and is focusing on high volume and high margin activities such as Premium Apartments, Ultra-modern Townships, Development of Golf course, Independent premium bungalows, Development of 3 and 5 star hotels, Infrastructure development and Shopping Malls
