Complements officials for providing alternative schooling facilities

The Minister for School Education N.Rajyalaksmi addressing the first general council meeting of the Andhra Pradesh School Education Society in the Sarva Siksha Abhiyan (SSA) on Saturday said that massive awareness campaign to educate people on the Centre's decision to ban employment of children in eateries and as domestic servants.

She complimented the Department's senior officials for their concerted efforts in providing alternative schooling facilities throughout the State. She advised the officials to evolve guidelines on release of SSA grants to schools.
