Shares of Rajus transferred to holding company

The promoters of Satyam Computer Services on Thursday announced the 'Corporatisation' of their shareholding in the company. There was no change in effective holding of core promoters on account of the structuring according to a press release. The entire 8.5 per cent share holdings of B.Rama Raju, B.Ramalinga Raju, B.Nandini Raju and B.Radha Raju in their individual capacities have now been transferred to a holding company controlled by the quartet.
