Hyderabad, October 6, 2006

On Friday, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) MLAs warned that they would file a defamation case against the Minister for Sports and Culture M Satyanarayana Rao if the latter continued to repeat allegations of criminal nature against K Chandrasekhara Rao, president of TRS. MLAs N Narasimha Reddy, A Chandrasekhar and G Nagesh speaking to media said and challenged him to revel the details of criminal cases pending against their president. The TRS spokesperson S Madhusudhanachary denied the Minister's allegation that his party had paid money to a rebel candidate in his constituency. He recalled that the TRS has suspended the candidate who was admitted into Congress party.
