T Jeevan Reddy who is representing the Jagtiyal constituency has been named as the Congress Party nominee for the Karimnagar by poll. It was announced the Congress party high command in a surprise move on Thursday. The by poll was necessitated following the resignation of Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) president K Chandrasekhara Rao.
