Hyderabad, October 13, 2006

The Government has issued orders extending UGC scales of pay to lecturers/physical directors/librarians in private-aided degree colleges without insisting a pass in the National/State Eligibility tests. The GO 140 exempts NET/SLET lecturer appointed before July 16, 2001. All lecturers who are in the State revised pay scales 2005 are eligible to get the benefit according to a press release issued by Affiliated College Teacher's Association.
