High Court asks Central Government to submit report
Hyderabad, November 20, 2006
A division bench of the High Court on Monday directed the Central Government to file a comprehensive report on the steps that will be taken against the State Government for not implementation of the rules in AP Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
The bench acting on a writ petition filed by Sakshi Human Rights Commission, the Court directed the State Government to file an affidavit on the implementation of the Act.
