HPCL to get 1500 acres of Land

Land as a part of Special Economic Zone allotments

The State Government has decided to allot 1500 acres of land to public sector Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) in the Special Economic Zone at Visakhapatnam.

The HPCL has been allotted the land for setting up a refinery, aromatic plant and naphtha crackers unit. This decision was taken at a Cabinet meeting held on Wednesday after HPCL has indicated its willingness to invest Rs.30,000 crores for setting up the units.
