Files draft Red Herring prospectus with SEBI

GMR Infrastructure Limited said on Tuesday that it has filed a draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and proposed initial public offering.

GMR Infrastructure limited promoted by a Bangalore based GMR group at present having two major airports. It is building an International Airport in Hyderabad and also at Delhi said in a release.
