25 persons injured
Narsanghi - Hyderabad, May 8, 2006
A lorry carrying vegetables from Pamena village in Chevella mandal overturned on Sunday night. According to sources, the reason for the accident is that the driver of the lorry was in a sleepy mood and applied sudden brakes leading the lorry to overturn.
25 villagers were injured and the condition of 12 of them is serious. Six of them are said to be critical condition. The injured were admitted at NIMS Hospital. The Narsanghi Inspector K.Rambhupal Rao went to NIMS while Sub Inspectors Harikrishna and Praveen Kumar Reddy went to the accident spot. Narsanghi Inspector. A case is registered and investigating is on.
