Mobile shop looted

Fifty cell phones stolen

Burglars struck at a mobile shop in Karkhana and made away with 50 mobile phones worth Rs.2.50 lakhs in the wee hours of Monday. According to police sources, the culprits gained entry into the shop by lifting the shutter with a crow bar and fled with the booty.

The shop owner lodged a complaint and a case was registered and is investigating.
