Disproportionate assets found

The officials of the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) arrested S.Satyanarayana Rao, Executive Engineer in the Panchayat Raj department at Jagtial in Karimnagar district and unearthed disproportionate assets worth Rs.45 lakhs. Simultaneous searches were conducted at the residences and office of the Engineer at Karimnagar, Jagtial and Chennur in Adilabad.
The accused officer owned four plots, a flat in Hyderabad in addition to a car, two motorcycles and 47 tolas of gold and bank balances all worth Rs.13 lakhs. He was produced before the special judge for SPE and ACB cases, Hyderabad.
