Hyderabad, May 2, 2006

The Hyderabad based Sierra Atlantic, an offshore enterprise applications provider said on Tuesday that it has won $1 million deal from Malaysia's largest port, Port of Tanjung Pelapas (PTP) in Johor for Oracle e-Business Suite implantation. It will provide complete implementation and consulting services, including project management, functional consulting, technical consulting and DBA services.

The Executive Director Yeshwanth Reddy of Sierra Atlantic said that the project will allow the company an entry into the infrastructure and logistics market in the Asia Pacific region.

PTP is stated to be Southeast Asia's fastest growing with eight berths of 360 metres each, totaling 2.88 km in length baked up by one of the largest container yards in the region.
