MLA pays fine for not wearing helmet

Sub Inspector collects fine

The Sub Inspector KV Ramana Reddy stopped the local MLA P Venkataramayya along with a councilor B.Vekateswararao who was going on a motor cycle without wearing helmet.

Stunned over the incident, the MLA paid Rs.100 even before he demanded and took the challan. He appreciated the Sub Inspector for performing his duty with utmost sincerity. Another two councilors who were traveling on the same route have also paid fine.
