Gathering addressed at Gandhi Bhavan
Hyderabad, May 13, 2006The Telangana Rashtra Samiti leaders and activists joined Congress party on the occasion of completion of two years in office of Chief Minister, YS Rajasekhara Reddy. He said the influx was due to change of thinking of many with regard to the development of Telangana. He said that development is taking place and the Government is committed to rapid economic development of backward areas and said that there are three or four irrigation projects that are on the way.
He addressed the gathering at Gandhi Bhavan and welcomed them to the party. Welcoming them to the party, the PCC President K.Keshavarao said any one who have faith in Sonia Gandhi and Congress principles are welcome to join the party. He said that they were admitted into the party after consulting with the district leaders.
