Failure in Examinations lead to her suicide
Settur - Anantapur, May 1, 2006
An Intermediate girl B.Syamala studying her Intermediate at Botchupalli village committed suicide. Her failure in the examinations was believed to be the reason for her suicide pact.
Unable to digest her failure, she poured kerosene on herself and set ablaze. The villagers rushed her to the hospital but in vain. They reported the matter to the police.
