Cash stolen from the vehicle

Rs. 1.78 lakhs lost

Cash withdrawn from the bank by a senior assistant Govindarao of Transco to pay leave encashment to employees who kept the cash on his motorcycle box on Tuesday was stolen. He withdrew the cash Rs.1.78 lakh from the bank, kept it in his motorcycle box. Just before the vehicle to pick up the list of employees at ADE office. After returning, he found the box open and the cash was missing from it.
