Just a few days back, VIRASAM president G.Kalyanarao's release, his colleague Varavara Rao was also set free on Friday evening. He walked from the Chanchalguda jail after the Court discharged him from a ase under provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Public Security Act which was invoked following the ban on VIRASAM.
Incidentally, he is an executive member of the organization. He already had bail in six other cases in which he was shifted to court as he was lodged in jail under the Public Security Act. Kalyan Rao, Gaddar and his family members received him at the jail.
