Threatens workers at gunpoint
Hyderabad, March 25, 2006Robbers looted the Reliance Petrol Pump at Narsapur crossroads in Balanagar in the early hours of Saturday and made away with Rs.70,000. Two armed robbers looted the workers at the petrol pump at gunpoint around 5am.
Balanagar Assistant Commissioner of Police M.Satyanarayana Reddy said that two robbers walked into the bunk premises and according to the workers were carrying pistols. Meanwhile, in another incident, burglars gained entry into a jewellery shop at Radurgam and made away with 16 tolas of gold ornaments and 9kgs of silver in the early hours on Saturday.
