Financer charged of harassing surities

Employees of a local private financer allegedly shaved eyebrows and a part of moustaches of one Sh.Shahnand on Saturday. Quoting the complaint's statement, the police said that he took Rs.35,000 as loan from Hasmitha Finance and could not clear the balance amount after 21 weeks of prompt repayment.
When the financier began harassing his sureties, he went to the office in the morning where the employees resorted to the act.
