Public Issue to open on March 27
Hyderabad, March 23, 2006
Tantia Constructions Limited, a Kolkata based infrastructure construction company is entering into the capital market with a public issue of 42.5 lakh equity shares of Rs.10 each with price band of Rs.40-50. The issue, to be taken up through a cent percent book building process, opens on March 27 and closed on March 31.
The net offer constitutes 27.3 per cent of the fully diluted post issue capital of the company an the company plans to use the proceeds to purchase capital equipment, enhancement of long term working capital requirement and investment in BOT/BOOT projects according to TCL head IP.Tantia.
