Each SHG will have 10-15 members. Such village groupings will have a president, secretary and a treasurer. Nearly 25 to 30 village organizations will form a mandal samakhya and the mandal samakyas will join together to form a district unit will elected office bearers. The village groupings will identify the number of school dropouts who are working as laborers and persuade their parents to sent them back to school.
