Case for rash and negligent driving registered
Hyderabad, June 6, 2006If you are traveling in a crowded auto rickshaw, beware of accidents for they prove to be life threatening. Eight persons died when an auto rickshaw collided with an APSRTC bus head on at the outskirts of Hyderabad.
The accident occurred just one kilometer away from Andhra Pradesh Police Academy (APPA). Three of the members belong to one family. The auto rickshaw driver is believed to be one among those who have died. One person is believed to have died on way to hospital.
The accident occurred when the auto rickshaw driver tried to over take a vehicle in his front but became victim when his vehicle hit an APSRTC bus coming in the opposite direction. The Moinabad Police attended and registered a case under Section 304-A which deals with rash and negligence act leading to death.
