Chief Minister to unveil Fab City plaque

Union IT Minister Dayanidhi Maran to be present

The Chief Minister, YS Rajasekhara Reddy will unveil the foundation plaque for the Fab City project on Wednesday at ITC Kakatiya Sheraton. The Union Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Dayanidhi Maran will preside over the function.

According to a press release , the Fab City Project coming up at Tukuguda near International Airport will be a centre for advanced manufacturing. In this connection, it may be recalled that an MoU was signed between the SemIndia and the State Government on February16. The SemIndia's advanced semiconductor manufacturing plants will be a part of the Fab City with an investment of $3 billion.
