Case booked under abusing and obstructing police office

The Vargal police have booked cases against the former minister and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader Babu Mohan for allegedly abusing and obstructing a police officer from discharging his duties.

According to Gajwel Circle Inspector Venkatswarlu, Babu Mohan was campaigning in Vargal on Friday was cautioned by SI Sanjeev Kumar against using the tractor which had no permission for use while campaigning. Infuriated, he allegedly used foul language against the police officer on duty.
