SEC directs officials to book a case against Congress MLA

Directions issued to the District Collector

The State Election Commission (SEC) on Saturday directed the officials of Khammam district to file a case against Sujatanagar Congress MLA RV Reddy for obstructing election officials in discharging duties.

SEC secretary, GN Rao told to media that directions have been issued to the District Collector and Superintendent of Police to file an FIR against the MLA. He said that the MLA shouted at the Returning Officer and Khammam Zilla Parishad CEO and created a scene during allotment of symbols.
