Says decision will be taken after receiving judgment of Single judge
Hyderabad, June 22, 2006
Media reports say that the State Government would file an appeal before the division bench of the High Court on the recent judgment of Single judge that quashed the ban on the film Da Vinci Code.
The sources says that the Andhra Pradesh Government will study thoroughly, the judgment after receiving the copy and take an appropriate action. Andhra Pradesh released a Government Order (GO No 1012) earlier this month banning the screening of the movie in English, Telugu or any other language since screening of the movie would disrupt peace in the state.
