Hyderabad, June 21, 2006A Division Bench of the Andhra Pradesh High Court allowed the Panchayat Raj election process to continue and posted the case to Thursday the hearing on writ petitions challenging the single judge's order quashing the Election Commission Notification.
The Bench consisting Chief Justice GS Singhvi and Justice Seethapaty directed the State Government and Election commission to go ahead for the election process gave a some relief to them and yet to recover from shock they got from a single judge's verdict on Tuesday.
The Bench said appropriate interim directions as sought by the appellants could not be considered unless the copy of the single judge's judgment was persued.
