Film Associations express condolences

Hyderabad, June 18, 2006

The vetern Telugu film comedian G Viswanatha Sastry, popularly in the Telugu Film Industry as 'Iron Leg' died at his residence at his native place of Tadepalligudem on Sunday. Iron Leg Sastri made his debut in the Telugu Film Industry with a role in 'Prema Khaidi' about 16 years ago. He is familiar to telugu movie buffs for his roly-poly, bumbling priest roles. He is survied by a wife and two sons.

The Andhra Pradesh Cine and TV Junior Artistes' Union condoled his death and appealed the Government and also film industry to help his family financially.
