Case of violation of provisions under Section 144 struck due to lack to evidence

The Second Additional Munisif Magistrate K.Neelima struck down a case of violation of provisions under Section 144 against Gaddar and Varavara Rao and others on Tuesday for lack of evidence.
The two revolutionary writers told to pressmen that the cases were foisted against them while the police personnel involve in the Koyyuru encounter were let off. The Koyyuru encounter was a fake one and they demanded booking of cases against the police personnel. The DSP M.Vijaya Singh made heavy security arrangements as the court premises were crowded to avert any untoward incidence.
