Credit Card Association Website launched

Hyderabad, January 28, 2006

The Credit Cardholders Association of India which was flooded with complaints about harassment and illegal means adopted by banks and their recovery agents has offered to provide relief to cardholders.

The General Secretary, CV Giddappa said that the association was planning to set up control room in State capitals which would help card holders who complain about highhanded behavior of recovery agents to amicably settle their grievances with the banks. A control room was opened in Bangalore and in Hyderabad it would start functioning from February 1. Credit Cardholders can access the association website creditcardasson.org or email creditcardasson@yahoo.com. The state branch is located at Flat No.112, C Block, Musheerabad and its phone number is 27632525.
