CM rejects proposal

Visakhapatnam, January 25, 2006

The Chief Minister, YS Rajasekhara Reddy has rejected a proposal for leasing out the Bauxite deposits in Jerrala agency area of Visakhapatnam district to NALCO and instead suggested the name of Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation for the same.

Bauxite is a famous mineral available in agency areas of Visakhapatnam.
