The Chief Minister, YS Rajasekhara Reddy has directed the Cabinet Sub Committee on Kolleru restoration to create separate cells in Krishna and West Godavari districts to monitor the cleaning operation of Kolleru Lake. The cells headed by the officers of Deputy Collector rank should monitor the work round the clock and oversee the subsequent relief and rehabilitation measures for displaced families.
