Subbirami Reddy to quit TTD chief post

Mr. Reddy visits Vizag after getting inducted to Union Cabinet

Union Minister of State for Mines T.Subbirami Reddy on Thursday said that he would continue in the post of Chairman of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams for some more time.

Speaking to press persons on his first visit to the city after he was made a Minister, Dr.Reddy said that the TTD's was an honorary post and he would quit it on completion of the term in two or three months. He said a national mining policy would be ready in three months for judicious exploration of mineral wealth to boost the economy.
