Over 1500 to attend CANCER CI-2006
Hyderabad, February 9, 2006
The latest advances in cancer treatment would be discussed at CANCER CI-2006 (Cancer Care Education and Research Conference Internationale) on February 11 and 12. At a press conference on Thursday, Vijay Anand Reddy, Director, Apollo Cancer Hospital, Hyderabad said that 1500 delegates would enlighten the medical fraternity about the advances in diagnostics and therapeutics.
V.Shanta, Chairperson, Adyar Cancer Institute, Chennai and Ramon Magsaysay awardee will deliver the keynote address on cervical cancer. Apollo Hospitals will soon use and with satellite connectivity for on the spot diagnosis at cardiac and cancer screening camps covering at least 11 districts in the State said the Executive Director.
