Case related to possession of disproportionate assets
Hyderabad, February 28, 2006The Anti Corruption Bureau officials has booked a case against the Deputy General Manager of Hyderabad Metro Supply and Sewerage Board (H.M.W.S.&S.B) B.Shivaraj on Tuesday for allegedly possessing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
Officials said he was found possessing worth Rs.43 lakhs after searching his two houses at Mylapur office at Panjagutta and his brother's house according to a press release. He had 12 banks accounts and they have yet to be verified. He would be produced before the Principal Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases in Hyderabad.
