Municipality fails to clear garbage

The District Consumer Court has directed the Vizianagaram Municipality to pay compensation at the rate of Rs. 50 per month to each teacher of Mandal Parishad Primary School at Prasantinagar, adjacent to Ring Road from next month onwards until the municipality in addition to paying Rs.2500 towards charges to the complainant cleared the garbage near the school completely.
