The 45 day Budget Session of the Legislative Assembly beginning on February 14 is going to witness a bitter battle between the ruling Congress and the Opposition on various issues like irregularities in irrigation projects to encroachment of sarpanhes' powers by the Government.

The session will begin with address of Governor Rameshwar Thakur which will be followed by a discussion on Motion of Thanks to Governor's address.
