The Chief Minister, Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy paid rich tributes to the former Prime Minister, PV Narasimha Rao on the occasion of his third anniversary on December 23.

In a message, he recalled the invaluable services rendered to the country by the PV Narasimha Rao as a freedom fighter, parliamentarian and littérateur.
