Hyderabad, August 9, 2006Tajikistan President Emomali Sharifovicjh Rahmonov was accorded a ceremonial welcome when he arrived on a two day visit to the city. He was received by Mayor T.Krishna Reddy, Minister for Information and Public Relations Md Ali Shabbir, Chief Secretary J Hari Narayana and others at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.
He along with other members of the delegation left for BHEL and in the evening he called on the Governor Rameshwar Thakur at Raj Bhavan. He will be visiting Golkonda Fort and Qutub Shahi Tombs before his departure.
