The Annual General Body Meeting of the Hyderabad-based Bhagyanagar Metals Limited has approved for the change of the name of the company to Bhagyanagar India Limited.

The company felt the need for the name change as it is venturing into other businesses such as Real Estate, Infrastructure and Entertainment.
