KCR vows his return only after announcement on Telangana

The Telangana Bhavan, the party headquarters of the TRS in Banjara Hills was inaugurated by Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) president S.Ramadoss. During his inaugural speech, he said state hood for Telangana was only answer to the regional problems. He said that the PMK always believed in smaller states would function well. At the inaugural function, he released letters of support for separate Telangana signed by leaders of 26 parties which he claimed represented 450 Members of Parliament.

The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) president K.Chandrasekhara Rao said that he would return to the state only after an announcement made by the Union Government about the creation of Telangana. He said that he expected a positive response from the UPA Government and if it is not materialized, the cadre might fight to finish.

Recalling the earlier deadline on the issue as August 15, he said there was finality about his trip now and asked the cadre to be prepared either for celebration or for a battle.
