Survey on Banks performance held

Syndicate Bank of Seetarampuram reviewed

A survey on the performance of Seetarampuram Branch of Syndicate Bank was held as a part of the review on Banks as per the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.

The survey team members interacted with the customers of the bank and took their views and opinions on the Bank performance. Attitude of the bank employees towards customers, schemes of the bank and timeliness of implementation etc were part of the survey.
