Hyderabad, August 1, 2006

Northgate Technologies has registered a profit of Rs. 11.80 crores during the first quarter of the year. The profit is up compared to the Q1 of the previous year of Rs. 4.07 crores. The Earnings Per Share (EPS) increased from Rs. 3.35 to Rs. 8.54

The impressive performance is because of growth driven by online advertising and telecom business.
