Case related to missing case of Feroz
Hyderabad, April 28, 2006The Director General of Police (DGP), Swaranjit Sen on Friday appeared before the Andhra Pradesh High Court in connection with the failure to trace the eyewitness in the Task Force Office bomb blast case. The appearance of the DGP was recorded by a Division Bench comprising of Justice J.Chelameshwar and Justice M.Venkateswara Reddy and the case was posted to June 5.
The bench was dealing with a writ petition filed by Mohd Rafiq, complaining that his brother Feroz was missing since March 21, the day after the Special Investigating Team filed a charge sheet in the blast case.
