CBI charge sheets at 13 persons

The Chandanagar police filed a charge sheet against Moddu Sreenu, the prime accused in the murder of Paritala Ravi on Friday at the Miyapur Court. The charge sheet was framed under the Arms and Explosives Act and murder conspiracy against Moddu Sreenu and six of the associates.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had also filed a charge sheet against 13 persons for conspiracy and murder of Paritala Ravi. It may be recalled that Sreenu was arrested after he suffered injuries while preparing a bomb on November 17, 2005.
