Hyderabad, April 27, 2006

A Division Bench of the Andhra Pradesh High Court comprising Justice J Chelameshwar and Justice M Venkateswara Reddy on Thursday directed the State Government to provide three percent reservation for physically challenged candidates in Group I services.

The Bench said that the Government should implement the principle of reservation in all departments for physically challenged persons as mandated by the Act of Parliament.
